Dr. Sinclair is an Associate Professor Emeritus with the School of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia. Gary focuses on the nature of human performance in both the corporate and sporting workplaces, with special attention to the factors of expertise, job/task analysis and design, performance analysis and appraisal, and personnel selection.
